WE LOVE YOU TOO SIR!

He entered the classroom slowly one step at a time and warmly looked at the students and said “I love you all my young friends!” It took only that one moment for the students to connect to this magnificent personality – Mr. Ramnath Kare. I find it important to mention that he is 82 years of age but his advancing age does not impede the speed and flow of his positive thoughts and his promptness to bring to life any new or creative idea that strikes him!

It was an honour and privilege for Mushtifund Aryaan Higher Secondary School to host the presence of the multifaceted personality Mr. Ramnath Kare, an established name in Margao. Mr. Kare was warmly welcomed by the Director of the Institute, Mr. Vyankatesh Prabhudesai. Mr. Kare visited the institute to interact with the students of STD XI.

A self made man following the footsteps of his father, Mr. Kare has seen days of strifle and shine, but it was his determination, devotion , discipline and eventually destiny ( he calls it the 4 D’s) that kept him sailing through rough waters.

“Focus on Goddess Saraswati and Goddess Laxmi will follow”, said the enthusiastic Mr. Kare highlighting the importance of education and the right attitude one must have towards it. He spoke to the eager students about how competition helps in innovation. There is no point in trying to pull someone down, the real challenge lies in making and creating something new and better, he said. The students were highly impressed and inspired when they got to know that Mr. Kare in spite of being a businessman, has invested his time and efforts in the field of education and has been doing so for the past 35 years. With this passion for Education, he could build from scratch, 8 Institutes in a single campus, which is simply commendable!

The interaction ended with the Question and answers session which was entirely coordinated by Mr. Vyankatesh Prabhudesai. Mr. Kare answered all the queries with zeal and enthusiasm and he also mentioned to the students about how he is incorporating latest technology in creating a new type of syringe which can be used only once, hence, reducing the chances of transfer of infections to minimum.

The students were mesmerised by the wonderful Mr. Kare and would just like to say “We love you too Sir!” and thank you for being who you are!
