“I am pleased to welcome one and all to our world of academics which we call Aryaan Study Circle & Mushtifund Aryaan Higher Secondary School.
The Aryaan Study Circle started way back in the year 2004. We had a humble beginning with our 1st batch consisting of 2 groups of 50 students each in a small 30 sqmts room at Tonca and thereafter soon moved to a small flat at Ramakant Apartments opposite Pharmacy College in Panjim. Immediately in the following year we started another batch in another premises (30 sqmts room) above Neurencar Photo Studio at Patto, Panjim.
The venture was started by me with a passion, motto and a mission to give state of art and quality education to the deserving student community across Goa so that they could also aim high and fulfil their dream of getting admissions to and study at world class Institutions all over India and across the globe.
At the inception of this study centre, I single handedly taught all subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Today, within a span of merely 12 years, we have become the pioneers in imparting IIT JEE coaching to many deserving hard working and aspiring students in Goa. Within a short span of 4 years not only did we build up a strong team of good dedicated teachers, but we also were in a position to lease out one entire floor in a building which houses the library of Saraswati Mandir, 18th June Road, right in the heart of the city. Considering our dedication and progress, the Government of Goa also permitted us to start an integrated Higher Secondary School which is one of its kind in the country and the first of its kind to flourish in the State of Goa.
Here, I must not forget to mention that the students who attend the Aryaan Study Circle coaching classes or Mushtifund Aryaan H.S. School, come from not only in and around Panjim and Mapusa but from far off cities like Vasco, Bicholim, Sanquelim, Pernem and so on. What is more heartening to mention is that the parents of these students have provided so much moral support to the children that they have not hesitated in shifting base temporarily from far off cities and villages, nearer to the school of their child, only to encourage them to do well until their child settles down in some good professional Institute. My great applauds to such parents for their pain staking efforts.
Today this has made our Institute one of the premier and most sought after Institution in Goa.
Parallely, we also inaugurated our own premises on a plot ad-measuring 1700 sq.mts, plot purchased by us at a prime location in Arlem, Margao. We have called this Aryaan Study Circle, GURUKUL.
Thanks to President of Mushtifund Saunstha Mr. Anil Counto, we could move to a state of art campus at Cujira Bambolim which allowed our students to use playground and other facilities.
All this has been possible due to the dedication, love and support of all the teaching and non teaching staff, my friends , Government officials, students and their parents alike for which I am very thankful and humble. They have always supported us and backed us from time to time where expansion of our Institution is concerned or otherwise.
I must applaud all my past and present students who have shown immense dedication and worked hard to achieve the position and stability that they are presently in.
Not only have we endeavoured to give our students a state of the art quality education but we have also encouraged our students to participate and achieve laurels in different academic and non academic extra-curricular activities and competitive exams which act as a supplement to their education and help in shaping up their personalities.
Besides learning the core subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology, we also lay stress on subjects like Psychology, Computer Education, Stress management, Environmental Science and Physical Education. We inculcate in our students moral values and also character building. This goes a long way in helping the student develop as a good human being at large, when they go for their higher education.
Not forgetting to mention that all the teaching faculty has been handpicked by me not only from Goa but various states in India. Our teachers not only interact with our students in a positive manner but they always stand by to help and support to solve their queries. Teachers also take up on the responsibility of counselling the students on matters other than education and otherwise.
My sincere thanks to one and all who have been with us through our journey for a noble cause and best wishes to all the teachers and students who have been a part of our team in imparting quality education to our students, who are the pillars of this nation.
I thank and congratulate the entire parent community who have stood by us and given unflinching support in our times of need. They have always encouraged and helped us in all our endeavours which is nothing short of a greater task of nation building.
I am extremely grateful to my parents for inculcating in me a positive outlook and values right from my school days and am indebted to them for everything they have done for me.
It was not easy for me to dream big coming from a village. But my teachers Shambhu Prabhudesai Sir, Dutta Moni Sir, Arun Bhat Sir and Manohar Amshekhar Sir made me believe in myself and my capabilities. A ‘THANK YOU’ is not enough for the moral values, confidence and understanding they have instilled in me. They made me believe that in spite of coming from a rural area and studying in Marathi medium, I could still make it successfully to world class institutions like I.I.T. and I.I.S.C. I shall always be indebted to them.
I fall short of words to describe the wonderful role played by my very talented and caring wife Aparna in my life. She is largely responsible in helping me achieve the excellent reputation and standing that this Institution has in Goa today.
Last but not the least, all this has been possible due to the immense grace of our family deity Shri “Aryaa Durga Damodar”. I am grateful to the almighty for showering blessings on me and my family.
